By booking a rental car with AARA Cars, you agree to comply with these terms to ensure a safe, transparent and hassle-free experience. This agreement acts as a legally binding contract between the renter and AARA Rent a Car from the moment a vehicle is booked until it is safely returned. We are committed to providing top-tier vehicles and expect our customers to treat our fleet with the utmost care and respect. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly request that you refrain from using our rental services.
All vehicle reservations must be made in advance through our official communication channels or directly via our authorized booking team. A booking is only considered confirmed once the initial reservation payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation receipt has been issued. We strive to provide the exact make and model requested, but we reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with a similar or upgraded model in case of unforeseen mechanical issues. Renters must provide accurate travel dates and pickup locations during the reservation process to ensure timely doorstep delivery. Any modifications to the booking schedule must be communicated to our support team at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellation policies apply to all reservations, and failing to pick up the vehicle at the designated time will result in a no-show penalty. We do not guarantee vehicle availability for last-minute modifications extending into peak holiday seasons without prior confirmed arrangements. AARA Rent a Car holds the right to decline any reservation request at our discretion if the proposed travel details conflict with our operational policies.
Every individual intending to drive the rented vehicle must possess a valid, unexpired government-issued driving license appropriate for the vehicle category. International visitors must present a valid International Driving Permit alongside their original home country driving license and passport. The primary renter must submit clear copies of their driving license and a secondary government identification document for our mandatory verification process. Our team will verify all physical documents at the time of vehicle handover to ensure complete compliance with local transport regulations. No person other than the authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement is permitted to operate the AARA Rent a Car vehicle under any circumstances. Renters must be above the legal driving age and possess a minimum of one year of active driving experience to qualify for our premium fleet rentals. Failure to produce the required original documents at the pickup location will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund. We maintain a strict policy against handing over vehicles to individuals who appear intoxicated or incapable of safely operating a motor vehicle.
AARA Rent a Car provides vehicles strictly for personal travel, tourism, and standard commuting purposes within the permitted geographical boundaries. Our vehicles must never be used for any commercial activities, illegal transportation, towing other vehicles, or participating in off-road racing events. Driving the rental car on unpaved roads, beaches, or waterlogged areas is strictly prohibited to prevent severe mechanical and structural damage. Renters are fully responsible for adhering to all local traffic laws, speed limits, and parking regulations throughout their entire journey. Transporting hazardous materials, flammable substances, or any illegal goods inside the vehicle will lead to immediate confiscation of the car and legal action. Smoking, consuming alcohol, and carrying pets inside the vehicles are completely restricted to maintain our high standards of interior hygiene. The renter assumes full liability for any traffic fines, toll charges, or parking penalties incurred during the active rental period. Any violation of these usage restrictions will instantly void the insurance coverage and make the renter liable for all resulting damages and penalties.
The rental period commences exactly at the scheduled handover time and concludes when the vehicle is returned to our authorized representative. Renters are expected to honor the agreed-upon return time to avoid disrupting the schedules of subsequent customers waiting for the same vehicle. If you wish to extend your rental duration, you must notify the AARA Rent a Car support team at least twelve hours before your current booking expires. Extensions are strictly subject to vehicle availability and must be officially confirmed and paid for before the original rental period ends. Returning the vehicle later than the stipulated time without prior approval will attract heavy late return penalty charges calculated on an hourly basis. The rental period is considered active until a comprehensive post-trip inspection is completed and the keys are officially handed back to our team. We do not offer partial refunds for vehicles returned earlier than the initially agreed-upon date and time in the booking contract. Our team requires a smooth and timely handover process to prepare, clean, and sanitize the vehicle for the next scheduled journey.
AARA Rent a Car operates on a strict level-to-level fuel policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our renters. The vehicle will be handed over to you with a specific fuel level recorded digitally and physically on the rental agreement. You are required to return the vehicle with the exact same level of fuel to avoid any additional refueling surcharges. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than the recorded outbound level, a refueling fee alongside the cost of the missing fuel will be deducted from your deposit. We do not provide refunds or credits if you choose to return the rental vehicle with more fuel than it initially had at checkout. It is the absolute responsibility of the renter to ensure that the correct grade of premium fuel is dispensed into the vehicle during the trip. Filling the tank with the wrong fuel type will cause catastrophic engine damage, and the renter will be held entirely responsible for all repair costs. We highly recommend refueling the car at reputed fuel stations before reaching the drop-off location to ensure a smooth and penalty-free checkout process.
While our vehicles come with standard insurance coverage, the renter remains financially responsible for any damages incurred due to negligence or reckless driving. Before driving away, both the renter and our representative will conduct a joint inspection to record any pre-existing scratches or dents. In the unfortunate event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify AARA Rent a Car and the local law enforcement authorities without attempting to move the vehicle unnecessarily. You must never attempt to repair the rental vehicle at unauthorized local garages without obtaining explicit written consent from our maintenance team. The insurance coverage strictly becomes null and void if the driver is found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of illicit substances. Any damages to the undercarriage, tires, or glass components are generally not covered by standard policies and will be billed directly to the renter. We hold the right to retain the security deposit while assessing repair estimates for any physical damage discovered during the return inspection. Renters must provide full cooperation with our insurance partners and legal teams to process claims accurately in the aftermath of any collision.
All financial transactions for your rental must be completed through our secure, officially approved payment methods prior to the vehicle handover. A fully refundable security deposit is mandatory for all rentals and will be collected alongside the estimated total rental charges. This deposit acts as a safeguard against potential traffic violations, minor damages, late return fees, or missing fuel at the time of checkout. The security deposit will be processed for a refund within a standard timeframe after the vehicle is returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to deduct pending toll charges, fast-tag usages, and traffic challans from your security deposit before initiating the final refund. Any outstanding balances that exceed the initial security deposit amount must be settled immediately by the renter upon returning the vehicle. AARA Rent a Car provides transparent, itemized billing invoices for every trip to ensure you have a clear record of your rental expenses. We do not entertain disputes over clearly outlined penalty charges that result from verified breaches of our rental terms and conditions.
